Tropical Hideaway with Pool in Secure Condo, LIR
About this space
A cozy place, perfect for resting, away from the annoying noises of the city
Just 10 minutes from Guanacaste Airport.
A few kilometers from large supermarkets such as Walmart or Pricesmart, fast food places such as Burger King, McDonalds, Tacobell, Papajohns,etc…
Strategic location to visit the Rincón de la vieja volcano, the best beaches in Guanacaste, the Ponderosa Zoo and many more tourist attractions.
The space
The apartment is located on the second floor of our house, it is necessary to climb stairs, has a garage for 2 cars, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and living room/kitchen with TV.
It doesn't have a laundry, but we provide the service for an extra cost.
The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator although it is not modern it is quite spacious to store whatever you need.
You'll also find tea, salt, cream, and sugar for your enjoyment.

At check-in, please contact us to open the gate, once in the apartment you can find on the yellow table a cell phone with a single application that is the one that opens the gate during your stay and the same is scheduled for check-out.
