The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave sheets on the bed.
Place all towels in the floor in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No golf carts, motorcycles, or trailers. No grilling anywhere on the premises. This includes the balcony, parking lot, pool deck, etc.
No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit or on the balcony. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if we determine that smoking has occurred.
Hurricane season is June through November. Purchase trip insurance as these along with other trip interruptions are not entitled to a refund.
