My wife and I were born and raised in the area. We both have been in the service industry our entire adult life. My wife owns an Aveda Salon and I work at a local pharmaceutical packaging company. We were very excited about buying our first short-term rental property in 2022 and hosting great people as they come to Cookeville, TN.
Why they chose this property
We love the downtown area and live near the property if our guests ever need help. If you enjoy a safe area where you can get fresh vegetables across the street at the farmers market, a 5 min walk to several different restaurants or nightlife, shopping at local boutiques, relaxing at a coffee house or just enjoy a sunning day in the park, you will love this home and location.
If you are traveling for work you are about a 10min drive from everything in town and all the major employers in the area. The Hospital, Tennessee Tech University and Chamber of Commerce are all in walking distance.

If you are a traveling doctor or nurse, look no further, the property is 3 blocks from the hospital and TTU nursing school.
