Beautiful home with stunning views out every window. Twelve kilometres from airport and only 10 minutes from St. John's.

This luxury sproperty sits on the edge of the ocean, pitched on a hilltop in a large private meadow. Surrounded by 7 acres and panoramic ocean views. Situated at the heart of the 'Killick Coast' scenic drive you can watch the whales and icebergs pass by interrupted only by a steady flow of migratory seabirds. Walking distance to Middle Cove beach, where the 'caplin' roll first every year with the whales in tow. Also a common destination for nighttime beach campfires. The hiking trails of the 'East Coast Trail' and picturesque cycling routes are at your door. As well, scenic driving routes and all that St John's has to offer are only a short distance away.

Three bedrooms, king bed in master with ensuite, second bedroom has a queen bed and third with twin beds, den with pull out sofa. A family friendly and nature enthusiast property!

A loft available above the garage for an another family as an add on booking.

The house couldn't have been more delightful. Gorgeous setting, easy to find. Clean throughout. The house is incredibly well-equipped with kitchen supplies, bed and bath linens, and fun activities. Enjoyed the foosball table! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing location

This house has an amazing location— my teenagers loved the pool table and dad and I spent hours on the front deck watching for whales—- we saw several most days….the capelin started rolling in middle beach which was quite the site—- the hike to Torbay point was spectacular— would return in a heartbeat next time we are up this way

We stayed for two weeks at this amazing property. The home is very well appointed, well stocked and was very clean.The location is great. Easily accessible to St John's and its sites but having a view that can't be beat.We saw whales from the first day there.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering Newfoundland.

This property is outstanding and in a fantastic area with a 15 minute car ride to St Johns. Nice and close to many fantastic hiking trails, Terry Fox Outer Bay memorial, groceries, restaurants and the beautiful sea. You truly want for nothing with this property, everything you need and more. I wish I could rate it a 10…truly incredible, we will be back and we will refer others. Thank you

What a great place to reunite with old friends! It was so comfortable that we decided to “stay home” with wine and snacks instead of going out. What a treat to be so close to a beach! We were fascinated watching the weather and ocean from the cozy dining and living rooms. We enjoyed all the amenities (and there were lots)! It could only have been improved with humpback and puffin sightings, but unfortunately our timing in mid October was off season. Still these 4 prairie women embraced every minute of coastal life! Thanks for everything!

We were six seniors with some mobility issues, celebrating a milestone birthday in maybe the most beautiful province in Canada. We were constantly amazed and awestruck by this fabulous property and its environment. Couldn’t stop looking at the views down to the bay and across the cliffs. We were out every day, but back every night to enjoy the house. Thank you!

Beautiful View!

A wonderful location near Middle Cove Beach with easy access to St. Johns. We loved the beautiful view over the bay and boil-ups at the beach. A lovely property with lots of space - green space outside and games room inside made for a fun family stay!

Middle Cove beach House

Multigenerational family of 8 adults. Stunning location on ocean's edge. Seamless check in and checkout process. Spotless and quiet. Would return to this property in a heartbeat. Due to time constraints could not avail of all perks such as sauna or fire pit but hope to do so on a return trip in the future.

Stunning views

Despite Hurricane Larry we had a wonderful time at this home. Location is perfect for both hiking and getting into St. John’s. The owner and property management team were very attentive and made us very comfortable during and after the storm.

It was easy to view and book houses on VRBO. The house was as it was described. We all (7) had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the views, the beach and exploring Newfoundland.

Logy Bay stay - July 2 to 7th

We spent a week travelling Newfoundland and when we were in St. John’s we decided to stay at the Logy Bay house. We were a party of 5, (Brother and Sister and spouses and 79yr old mother. The check in was flawless, the host extremely responsive to all my questions. The house and views are stunning. The attention to detail in the home is amazing and the amenities were probably one of the best I have ever seen in a vacation home. Each room was tastefully decorated. The views are incredible from each bedroom and the deck off the living room is incredible. Our entire party enjoyed our stay and have memories to last a lifetime. Thanks Paul for hosting us and we hope to be back next year.

The house was perfect in every way. The ocean front view is priceless. The kids had so much fun making smores at the new fire pit. The new game room was enjoyed by all. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
