Amelia Oceanfront Penthouse

This was one of the best (if not the best) property our family has rented. Furnishings and decor are top notch. Views of the Atlantic Ocean are unobstructed. The location allows privacy when wanted with only a short drive for everything you need. We will definitely be back.

This property is really special. The unit is amazing, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and ample living space, really large for a condo. The complex this building is on feels like a luxury resort with upscale landscaping and the best pool of all condos on Amelia. You feel like you're at a 5 star resort. We will be back!

The location is wonderful. Love this building and the unit is wonderfully renovated in the new beach motif but not over done. There is a room on main floor… nice for those that can’t do stair and two upstairs. Management is extremely responsive. Had a simple issue and they can right away to correct. I highly recommend this unit and will be back!!!

This is a beautiful condo and when the additional renovations of two of the bathrooms are complete it will be amazing! The view is beyond compare and Gazal could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We had a lovely stay.

The condo was stunning! The views of the ocean were absolutely amazing. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance but that wasn’t the fault of the property owner. Other than that, this was the perfect place for our family to stay!

Nicest Place to Stay!

Laily, at the rental office was amazing. From the very beginning she strived to make our vacation the most enjoyable possible. Any time I had a question, she got back to me. The condo was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views! Our family play tennis, golf, and hung out at the beach. We were fortunate that the winter weather was so warm. When we entered the condo there was a welcome gift waiting for us which was so nice after our long drive. Thank you Gazal and Laily! We will definitely stay at your rental again!

We have always enjoyed Amelia Island and have stayed at Ritz Carlton and Omni Plantation in the past and this is by far the cleanest and most beautifully decorated unit that we have stayed in . It comes with all the amenities and extras except for your personal shampoo . A complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate was a very nice touch ! We would not hesitate to come back again !! Thank you !!!

The property is spectacular. The sunrise view from giant windows facing ocean is beautiful. The property is spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Property managing team amazing, breathtaking views

5+ stars for property management team and owner and location. Place had just undergone some renovations which had normal hiccups of not having had people stay for a bit. Furniture had typical coastal wear outside, but team was amazing to let us know how challenges of covid made getting new furniture in due to backorder. We felt very supported by team! Internet down first week due to renovations and inability to get technician over holidays- turned out to be a blessing in disguise for the family as it brought us closer together and with nature and in general the owner and property management team went out of their way to make it an amazing stay. Breathtaking views. Extremely quiet and restful experience. Loved feeling like there were two living rooms- one for the kids and one for the adults. Especially during covid one of the cleanest, safest escapes you could ask for! Master bedroom had a beautiful, quiet balcony with shade and rocking chairs- book lovers dream- great early morning coffee spot to watch sunrise. What description can’t say- at least in December and January you have balcony sunrise and sunset views. So amazing. It also felt very safe in general. Don’t think twice about renting this place- it was one of the best 2 weeks of our family’s life. Would recommend 100 percent to rent this unit, caveat- one week is not enough!!
