Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If used, please ensure that the oven and stove burners are off and not left on the low setting. Please turn off unnecessary lights, such as bedroom lights before you leave.
Please leave the used beds unmade. Dirty towels can be left in their originating room or the laundry room and trash can be taken to the driveway side of the house. Extra effort is highly appreciated.
Please close the front door and press the lock symbol on the smart lock. You should hear the lock engage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise and loud music that will carry to the neighbors is strictly prohibited. All music must be at a level that is contained to the house.
Under local Anne Arundel County noise ordinance 9-1-706 loud music will result in immediate expulsion from the house by any means necessary.
No amplifying equipment of any kind is allowed. If this rule is broken you and your entire group will be removed from the property with no refund.
