The most amazing sunsets await you. Nestled into 4 acres perched on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards overlooking Cayuga Lake just steps away from the fabulous Aurora Brewing Company brewery and restaurant. A completely restored farmhouse featuring all modern amenities including washer/dryer/dishwasher, a large kitchen with new appliances, beautiful gardens, and a beautiful outdoor patio and pergola with chiminea, dining table, sofas,gas grill, set amongst lush gardens and trees. Gather for relaxing afternoons under our pergola surrounded by flowering trees and plants and take in spectacular views. On our same property, you can walk for lunch, dinner, and drinks at the award winning Aurora brewing Company or walk next door to Long Point Winery for wine tastings. Grill out on the patio and gather at our large outdoor dining table or lounge on the patio sofa and chairs. When you're looking for some time away, we are within just a few miles of multiple wineries, the village of Aurora (2 miles) for dining, shopping, lake access, golf course, and wells college. Long point state park (1.5 miles) for beaches, outdoor fun, and a boat launch, as well as local hikes and gorge walks all around. ithaca is a short 25 minute drive, auburn a 20 minute drive. Check out our local general store and the king ferry corner store for local goods, food and amenities, and just to take in the local vibe.

Cutest VRBO, Great Neighborhood

Super walkable to Aurora Brewery and nearby Longpoint Winery. There are some friendly cats that live at the brewery and hung out with us in the backyard when we played croquet. The house was clean and charming!

Wonderful property with professional hosts. Everything was easy from start to finish. Delightful house and beautiful gardens. The house was spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you could imagine.Close to all things fun on lake Cayuga. What a fabulous place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Wells College! Incredible setting, lovely gardens, sweeping vineyard vistas and what?…you can walk to the neighboring Aurora Brewery (amazing pizza & suds) and the Long Point Winery! Great place for friends and families to get together…Mark is a great host and very responsive-and don’t forget to say hello to the bunnies out back!

Beautiful house, perfect relaxing weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. The property is beautiful. The house has been renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities, but they managed to retain the charm of the old farmhouse. Everywhere in the house was spotless, and the beds felt fresh and comfortable. The house was right next to a brewery and just past that was a winery, both of which served food. This made it so easy for us to grab a meal or a drink and not have to worry about getting in the car. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing girls weekend away. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful ol’ farmhouse in GREAT Finger Lakes location

This house is perfect in so many ways! It’s an old farmhouse stocked with everything you need. It has the character of a 100+ year old house that’s been immaculately cared for. Plenty of yard for privacy… including a fenced in garden/yard off the back of the house, which was perfect for letting our dogs out! Location?… Aurora Brewery is walking distance through the back yard. Long Point Winery is 2 minutes away (probably walkable too). Long Point State Park… 5 minutes. The charming town of Aurora… 5 minutes! Everything is so close but the property has a ton of privacy since it’s on an old farmstead. 10 out of 10 service and assistance from the owners too. We’d recommend 100% of the time.
