This is a beautiful three bedroom townhome, located just 200 yards from the Quicksilver Chairlift and one block walk to historic Main Street. Take some time and relax on your large private deck featuring beautiful south-facing views and propane grill. This townhome features brand new furnishings, spacious vaulted floorplan, full sized washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and a one-car garage. Guest will also have access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool located behind the complex.

When renting at the One Breckenridge Place property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.
**Upper Village Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from opening day of Ski Area to closing day of Ski Area**

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Comfortable condo close to Main St.

We enjoyed our stay, especially having close access to the restaurants and activities on Main St. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies at night with a fire after a day of hiking.

Condo was perfect for our two families. The location is wonderful, it’s well appointed with the items needed to cook meals/clean/etc. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Highly recommend!

Great location plenty of room just needs some TLC

Needs some TLC. Many of the electric sockets didn’t work and a few other issues the property management resolved three days later after reaching out my email/phone three times. So there really isn’t 24/7 support over the weekend.

Great location in breckenridge

This was a very finely furnished condo and the location is pretty much perfect. You are close enough to walk to ski lifts as well as to downtown breckenridge. The only issue I had was that some of the power switches in the condo were finnicky.

Well Maintained Condo with Washer/Dryer

This unit is well maintained and has its own washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen and garage parking. You need to pick up the key at the Prop Mgmt office on main street which has a parking lot which is good because parking on main is a challenge.

Greatl location to the village

Really enjoyed the condo. The location was such an easy walk to the village and main st shopping and restaurants. We fit two families in the space with only one sleeping on the couch. The hot/cold water was a little tricky. It should really be looked at. Overall the kitchen was accommodating and in was an amazing experince.

Comfortable & great location!

Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom attached to each room. Community pool and hot tubs a short walk away. Short walk to Main St and to the Quicksilver lift. Free bus stop right outside entrance to get to gondola and grocery store. Our main issue was getting the temperature right: it was cold upstairs and super hot downstairs. Also, we couldn’t get the bbq to work correctly - it didn’t heat up. Otherwise, highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Easy walk to Quicksilver lift. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again! Fantastic big screen TV in family room was used a lot. Only issue was it was very cold in the great room during the cold weather, it was difficult to adjust the vents from downstairs to force more warm up upstairs. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

December 2016 Stay

Beautiful condo! We loved how it was decorated and it was very clean. Perfect space for our family, and close to downtown and not far from the grocery store. Couldn't be happier!
