Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025. We enjoyed our stay, especially having close access to the restaurants and activities on Main St. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies at night with a fire after a day of hiking.
The place was cozy and you couldn’t beat the location! We walked everywhere to great restaurants, hiking trails, spa, etc!

Condo was perfect for our two families. The location is wonderful, it’s well appointed with the items needed to cook meals/clean/etc. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Highly recommend!
Needs some TLC. Many of the electric sockets didn’t work and a few other issues the property management resolved three days later after reaching out my email/phone three times. So there really isn’t 24/7 support over the weekend.
This was a very finely furnished condo and the location is pretty much perfect. You are close enough to walk to ski lifts as well as to downtown breckenridge. The only issue I had was that some of the power switches in the condo were finnicky.
This unit is well maintained and has its own washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen and garage parking. You need to pick up the key at the Prop Mgmt office on main street which has a parking lot which is good because parking on main is a challenge.
Really enjoyed the condo. The location was such an easy walk to the village and main st shopping and restaurants. We fit two families in the space with only one sleeping on the couch. The hot/cold water was a little tricky. It should really be looked at. Overall the kitchen was accommodating and in was an amazing experince.
Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom attached to each room. Community pool and hot tubs a short walk away. Short walk to Main St and to the Quicksilver lift. Free bus stop right outside entrance to get to gondola and grocery store. Our main issue was getting the temperature right: it was cold upstairs and super hot downstairs. Also, we couldn’t get the bbq to work correctly - it didn’t heat up. Otherwise, highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Great location
Easy walk to Quicksilver lift. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again! Fantastic big screen TV in family room was used a lot. Only issue was it was very cold in the great room during the cold weather, it was difficult to adjust the vents from downstairs to force more warm up upstairs. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!
