Family Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kids had a blast. They spent more time at the pool than on the beach. Loved the view from the balcony and we'll. My wife is pregnant so the easy access to everything was definitely a plus. We will 💯% be back next year.

Our stay was not great. As soon as we checked in, we noticed the awful smell in the master room. It’s cheesy & smells like feet. It’s definitely mold/mildew and there’s no way it’s not a known issue. The host offered to bring an ozone air purifier, but we would have to be out of the condo basically the whole day. This was not possible having small children and my elderly Mom with us, so we declined. But, using the air purifier would be like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound. There is no way the owner of this condo is not aware of this problem. It was clear that several patches of the carpet had already been replaced. The bathroom also had considerable mold spots, and it was simply painted over with white paint. Even the tub itself was painted, and as my children bathed during our stay, that paint chipped and began to pull up. All of the carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced. For health reasons, this unit should not be rented out until the mold issue is properly addressed. The beach view in this listing is more of a man-made inlet, which is what we wanted for the kids. But this is a hotspot for rental scuba boats. They park right up on the shore all day with 25 guests. Very hard for my kids to swim with multiple boats coming right up to the shoreline. On our last day, very loud guests held a party on their balcony after quiet hours. I called security and there was no answer/had to call the emergency line and they instructed me to call police. Skip this rental :(

After a thorough review and inspection, no evidence of mold or mildew was found in the property. The bathroom surfaces and fixtures are not painted as part of any remediation process. The carpet work completed in the bedroom was part of routine maintenance and updates and was not related to any moisture or mold concerns. We have shared your feedback directly with the homeowner for their awareness and consideration as part of future property updates. We continue to work closely with ownership to maintain and improve the home for all guests. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity it provides to continue improving both the home and the guest experience.

The walk to the beach was a little further than expected based on my understanding of the pictures. But we had a great view of the harbor and loved having the pool right beside the condo building. We did take the green bracelets for free parking at Harbor Walk Village but there was no parking attendant to validate for free parking so we had to pay. The beach was gorgeous and plenty of room to spread out on the beach.

However, One thing that stood out to us was the heavy smell of cleaning supplies upon arrival which was not very pleasant throughout the entire stay. Perhaps a couple of nice fragrant plug-ins might help with this issue ...P.S. We were never informed of a free dolphin cruise & Tiki cruise
