Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. The only downside was the communication with the host. Responses sometimes took up to a day, and on a few occasions we didn’t receive a reply at all. Aside from that, everything else was fine, and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a decent room - great views - good thermostat and conditioning. The negatives are the limited towels - but most importantly the TV had no signal and there were only 3 channels working.

Great place, bad communication. The shade was broken and we weren’t made aware until we asked how to operate it. It sucked because the view was the best part. We had to stay with the shade down the entire stay. We obviously could still go outside, but having to step around that metal bar that extended across the bottom of the shade every time was a hassle and a trip hazard.Took 2 days to get more towels we requested. Had to use damp dirty towels multiple times. Had to ask where to dump trash, wasn’t on their portal.We had to get weekend wristbands for the pool (not informed of this as we had been there since Wednesday). I was at the beach early and never had a wrist band. Later 2 of my guests had to go back and forth from the concierge to the pool trying to figure it out until they were able to contact me to come get the bands as the reservation holder. I was told I am only down for 2 guests. Luckily Fontainebleau staff felt bad for us and slipped us two more. This entire process took about half an hour. All of my guest info was put into their portal weeks before arrival. Very disappointing that info was not communicated to the hotel staff. Not worth bringing up to the host as they couldn’t help us at that point, but show’s disorganization.The microwave didn’t work. After inputting the cook time, the light would come on as if it was cooking but no spinning or sound. We unfortunately Instacart food we expected to be able to microwave and it all went to waste.
