Little cute house close to C&O canal
The space The house feels like it is a lot bigger than it is. It sleeps two in the queen bed in the loft above and two in the full sized pull out sofa. Perfect for a couple, small family or a couple close friends.. overlooking the forest! Altogether, there is a lot of room outside to relax and play as well as a bonfire pit (we have lots of fire wood don’t need to provide your own wood.)

Was a quiet neighborhood and not far from the bike trails and canal. The house inside was clean and tidy with almost anything you would need. The outdoors of the property could use some work.
I loved the outside and on the inside it was so beautiful more then i expected. Its was a gteat way to celebrate my 9th year anniversary. Thank you would definitely go back.
We helped the owner resolve the double booking. I only wish he had taken responsibility for the mistake and not blamed the app. I am grateful for the other travelers who gave up their reservation and went looking for somewhere else to stay.
The property doesn't have many frills, but it was the perfect location to rest & relax. The small yard was quaint, and unkept, but firewood & outdoor seating was available for outside entertaining. The town and neighbors were quiet. There were plenty of paper products & utensils-making clean up easy. Everything is laid out nicely and we had plenty of room. Communication was easy and efficient.
For future renters: bakeware & cookware was sparse. Parking was rocky, and would be complicated for wheelchairs or walkers. But if you pack accordingly, it's a happy little place to get away from the chaos of life.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The house was clean and maybe cultish. The problems were: the house faced a different street vs the address advertised. There was no address on the house to verify the right house. There was very poor Internet and no functional TV. We left several messages for the landlord in the afternoon but he did not respond until after 9:30 at night. Then he came over and ‘fixed’ the Internet. It broke again 10 minutes later. The house is at the top. Of a steep steep hill which I could not bike up and it was a residential neighbor hood which means for entertainment or food you need to ride up the hill again. There was also no sidewalk so a handicapped person could not get to the house
I felt very cozy and comfortable in this small home, at the top of the hill (great views). Everything was arranged just right. Communication with the host was very easy. I would happily return.

Accurately described online - great property to relax and unwind at!
Zabi is a great host, and he is easily reachable. The property is as described in the listing. It is in a small town setting so ideal for relaxing/ unwinding, especially if one lives a busy city-life. The kitchen is well stocked with basic stuff and has a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, pots and pans. The house has ample furniture, as well as good size room(s) and washroom. Potomac is less than a mile away. Since this is in a small town, please be okay with bugs around (on window, blind etc) - they are harmless anyway. I highly recommend this!
