We thought the payment schedule was very accommodating for us. We made several calls with questions

We were very pleased with the unit. New appliances, everything we needed for cooking was available and appeared to have little use. The furniture was comfortable including what was on the balconies. The bathrooms were all clean. A very nice and roomy unit and we were very comfortable. We especially liked the trash drops outside of our unit also.
