Contemporary subway tiled shower, toilet and mirror. The shower has body wash, shampoo & conditioner. We provide plenty of towels too, they can be found folded in the closet outside the bathroom door. You'll find extra toiletries, etc. there too. A hairdryer is available for use at your convenience.


Living Room
The well-appointed living room has a 55” TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, Apple TV & Disney+ installed, just log in and stream away! There’s also a bluetooth capable speaker. The space is open and inviting, with seating for you and your fellow guests between our couch and club chairs.

Kitchen
Our kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials from cookware
and countertop appliances, along with built in appliances; fridge, stove and oven.

The coffee maker has a reusable permanent coffee filter - there are no paper filters for this reason so you know!

Outdoor Area
Private deck along front entrance of flat.

Additional Amenities:
2 high speed WiFi networks, in-unit washer & dryer, heat, essential toiletries, soaps, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, oatmeal, hot chocolate (seasonal), and laundry soap are all included for your enjoyment. Booking also includes a private parking spot for 1 vehicle.

The building was built in 1954 to 1954 building codes, so you’ll occasionally hear the radiant heat pipes in the winter. If the heat isn't on - this system will make no noise.
