Open the door and enjoy the ocean view and Sea Breeze! This condo is located 1/2 block west of historic Highway A1A. Grab your cup of coffee and walk half a block to the boardwalk to watch the ocean view sunrise. Walk to the beach, the historic Flagler Beach Pier, and many restaurants and shops. This is the ideal location to be in the heart of Flagler Beach!

The condo sleeps up to 4, with the living room queen-size sleeper sofa. See the ocean from both the front door and the back balcony. The updated kitchen includes all the essentials.

*One designated parking spot. There is plenty of free parking right across the street.
*Beach towels provided
*Sorry but furry friends are not permitted in this unit.
*Please Note there are stairs to this unit.
*The condo building is immediately behind Tortuga‘s Bar and Grill, which offers food, drinks, and frequently live music. Their fire pit is a great place for a nightcap.
-Pest control service occurs on the 2nd Thursday of the month. This service can not be denied by vacationers.

Great vacation location

You are so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops all within waking distance. The listing was exactly as described. Great communication with property manager and she checked in with me to see how things were going. Very happy with everything.

Unit had a nice location to the beach. Bed mattress has a lot to be desired as well as the couch that’s about 6 inches off the ground. Kitchen was nicely furnished and clean as well as the appliances. Bathroom is seriously due for remodeling. Towels were sour smelling, thankfully unit was furnished with beach towels which we were able to use. Community neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. All in all it was a nice trip for the price and would stay again.
