C5 Getaway is a little piece of paradise on Lake Winnsboro. Come enjoy the outdoors. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation and great for fishing. Plenty of parking. Views of the lake from three sides since it is on a peninsula. Enjoy the use of our paddle boards, paddle boat and kayaks. Easily accommodates three people, but can handle a family of four.
The space
C5 Getaway is on the second story above our storage garage. Gorgeous views from all of the windows. Full size kitchen with full size refrigerator. Queen size bed in the bedroom area, full size bed futon and a sectional that makes into a queen size bed. Pack N Play available when requested. Wifi, board games, tv available. Boat launch at the end of the peninsula. Our home is right next to the Getaway, so we share the lake area. Enjoy the use of our new boat dock!

Access to paddleboards, kayaks and paddleboat. The water toys are for you use and we provide four adult size orange life jackets. Please bring life jackets for children or anyone in your group that a standard adult size life jacket would not fit. Balcony facing lake with sitting area below. New boat dock to enjoy! What an amazing place for peace and quiet. Property is exactly as described, but Kristen goes above and beyond to provide many little extras that make everything perfect! Lots of privacy and things to do. Will DEFINITELY be back soon.

We had an amazing time fishing and enjoying the views! The spot was perfectly accomadating and the host responded to our inquiries very quickly. We even stayed for one more day. We will be back for sure!!!

Lake Winnsboro Gem
Incredible lake view, especially as the sun rises each morning. The living space is perfectly appointed, complete with all items necessary to enjoy the stay. Our host Kristin prepared the accommodations to include a pair of anniversary congratulatory balloons and a bottle of wine as my wife and I celebrated our 27th years of marriage.

We were there to visit our newest grandchild, so we didn't spend very much time there. The place small but very nice. They are at the end of a peninsula and offered the use of their kayaks paddle board and paddle boat. the only problem is they do not supply life jackets. Therefore, we did not partake in the water activities.
