It was overall a great stay. There was a couple of little things, one being the hot tub did not have jets and the heater/air conditioner made a loud noise when it was turning on. The location was great and the walk ability was also convenient.
Property as pictured. Clean and cozy and close to all the fun in Gatlinburg and walking distance to Anakeesta. Nice little indoor pool and hot tub. Host responsive and polite.
Convenient location and fun seeing bears in a natural setting at a safe distance. The condo smelled rather musty possibly due to AC unit. We were disappointed that you couldn't open any windows for fresh air.
The place could have had more lighting in the bedrooms. The TV in the living room was not easy to use and to get any stations interesting. The walk to downtown was easy and just what we were looking for. So we enjoyed our stay.

One tub had dirt in it, had issues w the tolilet wanting to fill up then last night the ac would make awful loud noise when it kicked on that would literally wake you up and make you jump up trying to figure out what the heck was going on.
Everything was wonderful! All the attractions were a 10-15 minute walk away! Pool was super fun, especially for small children! We had a blast and hope to stay there again! The bang for our buck was off the charts!
The condo was fine however the building had some issues. My family and I almost got stuck in the elevator and then the elevator was shut down the full and only day we spent there. Loading our car to leave was a pain without the elevator. The hot tub was not hot at all more like lukewarm bath water. We didn’t mind though because it was very very hot inside the enclosed pool area. Minor issues: The master bedroom AC would make a very loud crashing sound every few hours and in the middle of the night would wake us all up. Master toilet had trouble flushing.
