Singer Island condo surrounded by Lake Worth's intracoastal waters and the Atlantic's beaches. Just shy of 1200 square feet of well appointed, very comfortable, condominium with all new appliances, 2 bedrooms with king bed in each, 3 large tvs (55" in master, 43" in br 2, & 65" in Living room). Large sectional with 3 powered recliners and USB charger ports. Nice lanai with full openable enclosure windows for use as additional indoor dining/relaxing space or outdoor patio space. 10 feet from front door to laundry room. 500 yards to beach and sunrises. 200 yards to intracoastal and sunsets. 50 yards to tennis and pickleball courts as well as the largest pool on the whole island. Snorkeling, scuba, fishing, dining, nightlife, marina, all within a mile. Stays of as little as 2 weeks available via contact tab on TRL resort dot com. Great area to explore by walking, biking. running, roller blading, or car.
You don't have to be a baseball fan, but if you're in the area for awhile, accidentally or on purpose, you can catch a Major League Baseball Game at one of the nearby spring training camps of the Marlins. Cardinals, Astros, or Nationals. Come on down to sunny Florida and enjoy this beautiful island space.
