You will find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable memory foam beds and modern amenities. The bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, featuring a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 persons. Step outside to our inviting mini outdoor space where you could relax and barbecue with your group. From the street is a nice mountain view in the neighborhood. This property has a fully electric appliances that provides a better quality of life because no gas emission created by the property and to promote self sustainability by having a 14kW Tesla Solar Power and two Tesla Powerwalls with a total of 27kW Battery Storage. The guesthouse is equipped with one Tesla 220volt charger and another level two charger for other brands of Electric Vehicle. If your EV car is not Tesla, please bring your own charger and plug adapter that will fit the 200volt NEMA 14-50 outlet.
