Roosevelt Retreat is a Beautiful Almost Oceanfront House with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and 1 Half Baths.

New built house finished in 2024 that has 2 amazing, large front porch decks with a reverse floorplan to allow vacationers to enjoy excellent ocean views in the main living area! Additionally, take your relaxing outdoors to the incredible 3rd floor covered outdoor living area. Take advantage of the large 2-car garage for both parking and beach storage, with a game room with TV and ping pong table rounding out the base floor.

Floor 1 - Game Room with TV and Ping Pong table with a bonus Queen bed. Full bathroom downstairs.

Floor 2 - Master with King Bed, walk in closet, TV, and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a Queen and a TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twins and a TV. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a TV. Bedroom 2-4 share a bathroom with two half baths connected with 1 shared shower.

Amenities include: Highspeed Wireless Internet, Flat-Panel Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Wine Refrigerator, Slow Cooker, Air Fryers.
