This cozy, clean, dog-friendly cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled in pine trees. If you want to venture out, the Village, lake, restaurants, and market are a short walk away. If you want to enjoy the outside but don’t want to venture far, sit by the fire pit, take a dip in the quiet hot tub, and play games in the fenced yard. If you prefer to stay in and relax, you can sit by the cozy stove and watch your favorite movie. However you want to spend your getaway, we have you covered.

Things to Know Before Your Stay

Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
• A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.

Long-Term Stays:
For stays of an extended duration, a refundable security deposit of $500–$750 will be required. The exact amount will depend on the length of your stay and will be communicated prior to booking/check-in. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there are no damages or other charges incurred during the stay.

• All guests must shower before using the hot tub, and no food or drinks are allowed. A $100 fee will apply if the water must be drained due to misuse.

• We provide a starter supply of essentials, which includes:
• Dish soap, 1 sponge, 2 trash bags per bin
• Basic cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware
• Bathroom amenities: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 towel per guest, and 2–3 rolls of toilet paper

If additional supplies are needed during your stay, it will be the guest’s responsibility to restock as needed.
