Shady Acres Owner’s Suite is truly a hidden gem. Our tropical paradise is home to many different varieties of plants beautifully designed. This special cottage is close to everything making it easy to plan your trip. Very clean uncluttered space with some new upgrades like a new washer and dryer. Full kitchen with a Kuerig coffee has all the essentials to cook any meal. Queen bed has premium bedding for a very comfortable nights sleep. Shady Acres is 1 mile from Port Salerno Waterfront District where you can definitely get freshest seafood around, or enjoy the a live band sipping your favorite cocktail on the water. We provide 2 paddle boards. Cove Road Park is 6 minute drive and is a perfect place to drop your board in the water. Great trails for those who are serious paddlers or just have fun with the boards in the water. Shady Acres hosts 2 completely unique and separate vacation residences on the grounds and is perfect for people with large groups.

The place was very clean and was beautifully decorated. The Host were friendly and went over and above what was expected. It was great to be able to bring our 2 dogs. Little Hidden Gem

This place was AMAZING! From my first communication with the owners (prior to making my reservation) thru reserving it, to check in and during our stay. Scott and Michelle are awesome and oh so friendly and responsive. Other than whenever we plan to stay here :) I couldn't recommend this place more.
