The property needs a check-in booklet explaining how to operate the devices. I had great difficulty operating the heaters. We arrived on a cold evening to a cold house. While the host was easily available, communication was via text, and he pointed to YouTube for operating instructions. The heater instructions need to be printed. Also, checkout instruction were provided via text one hour before check-out. Lastly, the master bathroom was extremely small, and this was not evident from the online picture
