The host was extremely gracious and her response time was prompt. The outdoor amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. The home was well maintained and beds were comfortable. The only negative would be the master bathroom barn style door did not close completely. I would not recommend renting this property if you are not comfortable sharing an open bathroom in the master suite.

Great stay

The place was clean and the backyard was nice. However, the pool was not ready for my arrival. My 3year old was very disappointed.

Fantastic stay

We very much enjoyed our week at the house. It was very clean and well stocked. The pool was well maintained and my family swam often. The hammock was a big hit. The game chest was well stocked with a variety of games and we had a family game night almost every night. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra blankets to go around. We didn’t need anything during our stay, and will definitely book again next time we are in Jacksonville.

Clean and chic.

We really enjoyed the home. Very neat and clean, i lived the master bedroom, kitchen and yard. It was too cool to try the pool but we would love to visit again.

The house was absolutely amazing-comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and filled with everything we needed to feel right at home. It truly set the perfect stage for our memorable family vacation. This cozy home and welcoming host played a big part in making our trip so special and stress free. The neighborhood was lovely and well maintained with house conveniently located on a corner lot to give plenty of room for coming and going-no issues with parking or neighbors. The location was also close to airport and great for getting around generally. All 3 bedrooms had comfy beds to sleep in and were easily accessible with open floor layout-which was especially helpful for my mother who has trouble walking and getting around at times. The backyard layout was also great for family gatherings to cook on the grill and hang out by the pool during the day and sit by the open fire pit at night. During our week stay we made good use of the perfectly sized pool-it was clean, just the right temperature and plenty of lounging pool floaties and designated pool towels for everyone. I don’t normally write reviews but on behalf of me and my family we just want to say thank you again to Silvia for sharing her home and for being a gracious (and not overbearing or nitpicking) host. I’ve learned that who is hosting you matters just as much if not more than where you are being hosted and this place provided the perfect balance! Our family looks forward to booking here again in the future.
