We had a disappointing two-night stay due to cleanliness, pests, and unresolved maintenance issues. We found pre-existing damage, visible mold in a poker-table cup holder, and numerous spiders indoors; later, the bathroom lights stopped working. All concerns were documented and reported, but none were resolved before checkout.The “private” beach is directly beside the public beach, and people crossed into the area or appeared unclear on the boundary. Be comfortable with limited privacy and the possibility of having to address it yourself.The stay was manageable, but the home did not meet our expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or a genuinely private beach experience. Families and guests who prioritize those things should consider this before booking.

The location is wonderful and I could say the same for the host. Overall we had a good time but the property needs some work. My biggest issue was the cleanliness especially outdoors, the property badly needs pest control because there are insect and spider nests everywhere to the point it is overwhelming. The barbeque is very old, dirty and damaged, it is definitely not safe to use and cook meals.

Awesome Amenities, Best Location

This cottage is probably what i envision owning if i were a multi-millionaire. Private access to an amazing beach. 2 tier deck. 6-person hot tub. Ping pong table! And other things which we didnt even end up trying cause we our stay was only 3 days.Has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you could ever need. Large dining table that could sit 8-10 ppl if needed. Only complaint i had was the bed mattresses were soft. But thats a personal preference.Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay. Definitely would like to come back and enjoy in summer.
