Perfect for family time together with our daughter at IWU. Kitchen was fabulous for making her some home cooked food. Comfortable couch, living space, and bedrooms.
Very clean & efficient space. Located very close to IWU (approximately 1/2 mile directly north of campus at most) & close to restaurants & retail. Property manager was very responsive with answers to questions ahead of the stay. Very reasonable price for the space.
We stayed for two nights in the ranch. The house is very clean and well equipped. The temperature out side was single digit and the house stayed toasty. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The furniture is all comfy with nice linen. We have family in the area. This will be our go-to when visiting the area.
Clean and comfortable. My only wish is that there were more hooks, towel racks and shelves to place our bathroom items on. There was only 1 makeup washcloth. I wish there were a few more washcloths.
The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We were visiting IWU for family weekend and the house was very close to campus and anything else that we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions prior to booking. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future campus visits.
Water in sinks much too slow. The neighborhood is sketchy

We enjoyed our little place. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt perfectly safe. The inside was very clean and cozy. We didn't do any cooking, but brought our crockpot to use. The bathroom is snug, especially for my husband and dad who are larger in height and build - but they managed. Bed in one room was tight for us, not sure if it was a full or queen. But for two nights not a big deal.
We'd consider this place on return trips to visit our family.
