Overall we were very happy with our stay. I will list the good and only list some of the downers, because they weren't anything that ruined our trip, just small things. The communication with our host was excellent. They were quick to respond to our text messages. House was really nice, nicely decorated, beautiful showers/tub, and plenty of TVs for our techy family. I wasn't sure how much space we would have for our family of four, but it was plenty. PLENTY of outdoor/indoor activities to do nearby. You won't be bored.I'm only going to list a couple of the "bad" things, because most of them are just small things and it didn't ruin the trip for us. The TV on the back patio didn't work. Well, we couldn't turn it on. There was no TV remote and when I tried to manually turn it on, it seems someone had broken that part of the TV. A few of the towels looked dirty, even after we washed them (before using them). There are no closets and very few places to hang any clothing. We weren't allowed to drop the A/C under 70 degrees. A note explained that the hardware would freeze. A couple of things to warn about, just in case. There was ZERO phone signal for us. When our WiFi went out, I drove up about 8 miles to get signal closer to town to notify them. It was fixed within thirty minutes, so minimal downtime. The house backs up to the highway and you can hear the traffic driving by, especially the big rigs.
