Grocery stores and more are right around the corner at a 4 minutes drive, and if you're up for an adventure, Atlanta is only a 30-minute drive away. The house is spacious and inviting, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. It features four main bedrooms, each perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and four full bathrooms to ensure everyone has their own space. There are two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for group meals, plus a cozy coffee bar for the coffee lovers. The crown jewel of Marietta Hideaway is its giant backyard, which opens up to a beautiful lake surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife. From the kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, the deck, and the under-deck, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the lake, where alpacas and ducks from the neighboring property add a magical touch to the scenery. Picture starting your day with this view or ending it with a glass of wine on the deck. Inside, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained: a professional pool table, a game room with electronic games, darts, bumper pool, and board games. Plus, the home is equipped with a fireplace for chilly nights, air conditioning for warmer days, and a long driveway that fits up to four cars.

Marietta Hideaway is more than a house—it’s your next perfect getaway. Come and create memories to last a lifetime. We can’t wait to host you! Very close to your check-in, you will receive the address and instructions to enter the house. Once there, guests will have access to the entire house except for two owner’s closets and the attached garage. One owner's closet is located inside a bathroom in the basement and the other one is located just below the stairs leading to the basement next to another bathroom. These are the only two internal areas that will remain closed during your stay. Guests will have full access to all other areas of the house, including four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and additional entertainment rooms such as the TV room, game room, and dart/board game area. They will also have access to both kitchens, the dining room, the basement, the game room, the deck, the under-deck, plus of course the front yard and backyard, while respecting the neighbors' boundaries. Guests can park in the driveway, which accommodates up to four cars but they will not have access to the attached garage. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, whether inside the house or in the outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask all guests to maintain respect, peace, and calm in and around the home to ensure a harmonious relationship with our neighbors.
