About this property
Sleeps 34! Grand Lodge + Bunkhouse, Hot Tub & Theater — 15 Min to Park City
One lodge. Your whole crew. 8,000 feet above ordinary.
Planning a family reunion, retreat, or big group getaway near Park City? Silvercrest Lodge sleeps up to 34 in real beds — no air mattresses, no splitting your group across three rentals. You get a whole private mountainside: a 4,000 sq. ft. main lodge, a summer bunkhouse the kids will fight over, 220 feet of covered wraparound deck with dinner seating for 40, a private hot tub, a 12-foot movie theater, and a full sand volleyball court tucked in the aspens.
Our price includes ALL fees — what you see is what you pay.
THE MAIN LODGE — SLEEPS 22, YEAR-ROUND • Main floor: soaring great room with river-rock fireplace and 70" TV, dining table for 12 (plus kitchen island seating), and a granite kitchen built for crowds — double oven, two fridges, three microwaves, and 36 place settings. The Bear Room (king) and a full bath complete the floor. • Upper floor: open game loft with pool table and foosball overlooking the great room, the Elk Room (queen + 4 twin bunks), the Moose Room (queen + 2 twin bunks), and a full bath. • Walk-out lower level: home theater with 12-foot projection screen, snack bar with fridge and microwave, and air hockey — plus the Deer Room (king), the Rainbow Trout Room (queen + 2 twin bunks), the Bighorn Room (queen), a queen futon in the theater, a full bath, and laundry.
THE BUNKHOUSE — SLEEPS 12 MORE, MAY–OCTOBER Fifty feet from the lodge, the two-story bunkhouse is its own adventure: eight handmade log twin bunks on the main level, two queens in the A-frame loft, a half bath, and a TV/Xbox hangout. Need the extra beds for a late-fall gathering? Ask — we can often extend into November. (Included with the lodge; it can't be rented separately.)
OUTSIDE Hot tub with a canyon view. Sand volleyball. Tetherball, horseshoes, cornhole ("Moose Toss"), and an electronic-scoring basketball arcade. A playground, playhouse, and sandbox for the little ones. Two 5-burner gas grills and picnic tables on the deck. Moose, deer, and elk wander through regularly — Bobcat Springs fishing hole is a 5-minute walk.
STAY CONNECTED High-speed WiFi, two Apple TVs, a big-screen TV, and the theater projector — stream movie night or run a team offsite presentation.
THE LOCATION At 8,000 feet in Tollgate Canyon, it feels completely secluded — yet you're 3.5 miles from I-80: about 20 minutes to Park City's Main Street, 25 minutes to the Park City Mountain and Deer Valley lifts, 30 minutes to Salt Lake City, and under an hour from SLC airport.
WINTER AT THE LODGE Real mountain snow country. We plow the road and driveway, but 4WD/AWD with chains is required — part of the adventure, and why you'll have the mountain to yourselves. Sledding hill on the property, three ski resorts within 25 minutes, and the hot tub hits different at 10°F.
GOOD TO KNOW • Bunkhouse open May 1 – Oct 1 (lodge sleeps 22 in winter) • No pets, no smoking • Quiet mountain HOA: no outdoor fires or fireworks • Septic system (nothing but toilet paper) • Minimum age to rent: 24 • With a full group, your stay works out to roughly $35–45 per person, per night — less than a roadside motel, for a private mountain lodge.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This cabin was a great place to stay, beautiful setting, and lots of space for a big group. Our family had a very pleasnt weekend here. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances, pans, utensils for all types of cooking and the large grills on the deck were so nice to cook onTanner was very helpful and answered questions quicklyJan
The house and location are absolutely beautiful and we could not say enough how well stocked and organized everything (especially the kitchen) was. There were so many activities which really helped with the cabin fever when we spent a day inside. This is a 100/10 stay we would recommend whole-heartedly.
Had a great stay at the lodge and would definitely go back. The fall weather and color was perfect and even got a snow on our last day with was cool. The massive wraparound deck was perfect with grills and plenty of tables/seating. Inside there was plenty of space in the kitchen and livingroom for everyone to hangout and so many beds!
This cabin was perfect for our family, lots of ages of children and five different families. Lots to do and the surrounding area was beautiful. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get into Park City, but we also went the other way and did the backroads through Oakley, Peoa, Kamas and it was a lot of fun!

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
The house could have been cleaner, the communication with the host was terrible. I’m yet to get a response from a text I sent 4 days ago. Besides that, the house was stocked well. And it was a cute cabin vibe.
An excellent place for our family reunion. The bunkhouse was a perfect place for the middle-aged crowd while the children and older family members could retire a little earlier.
This place came highly recommended from friends and it did not disappoint. We stayed here for our family reunion and we loved it! There are so many things for the kids to do on the property and the proximity to Jordanelle and Park City was super convenient. We saw moose, deer, and elk every morning and night as they wandered through the meadow. There was plenty of seating on the large wrap around porch during meals. Thanks for a great stay!
Our family had a great time here. There were lots of activities to keep everyone occupied and plenty of space to gather. The porch and bunkhouse really added a lot to the space too. While we were there the main fridge was broken but the owner clearly communicated this and provided coolers. The fridge downstairs was working fine, so it all worked out in the end. Thanks for a great stay. Our family made some lovely memories here.
We had so much fun
We saw elk, deer, moose and squirrels. The porch is awesome. The views were spectacular. The bunk house was great. Overall, I would say this place was really great for a family reunion.
This cabin (cabins!!!) was perfect for our group of 24 with plenty of room to spare. The bunk house was perfect for the kids to sleep in, and the wrap around porch and gorgeous weather made our days so relaxing. Would definitely recommend for a big group!
We had a great time with beds for everyone, plenty of what you need in the kitchen and great views. We saw elk and a moose strolled by our last day. Watching the beaver build their home was so fun at Bobcat Springs.
We loved our stay at the cabin. We had 30 people of all ages for a family reunion. Everything is so beautiful and the hosts were very thoughtful to provide everything we needed. We are so thankful to have this time with our family and would recommend this cabin for sure!
We LOVED this property. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. There was room for everyone in our large family to sleep and spread out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to gather their family!
Our family wanted a once in a lifetime trip and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful property, every possible accommodation provided, down to the snow sleds! Host was very responsive and it is very obvious they put love and care into their home. Thank you for a very white, very Merry Christmas!
We loved this place! It certainly exceeded our expectations. There was so much to do to keep our kids and grandkids busy and happy. Don’t pass this place up. Hope to return soon.
The host really made this a place for large families. So many activities on the property, comfortable beds and tons of kitchen supplies. I think this is the best stocked home I have ever stayed in. Would 100% recommend.
And we saw wildlife every night! We saw elk, deer, porcupines and more.

About the host
Hosted by Tanner Slizeski
Hi, we are Jim and Linda Silver. We have lived in Utah all our lives. We looked for a cabin we could buy to accommodate our large family (5 married children and 18 grandchildren). We wanted some place our family could gather and not be crowded. We fell in love with this property and spent several months making improvements and modifications to make this property the perfect getaway for our family. We enjoy spending time here weather it is the whole family or just a quiet getaway for the two of us.
Why they chose this property
We like to be in the mountains. Even though it is a mountain setting it is still an easy drive from our home in Salt Lake City. If you want to shop and enjoy a meal Park City is only 15 min. away. It is also close to boating and fishing. Since purchasing the cabin we have discovered that one of our favorite things is the spacious covered wrap around deck. The little ones can spend hours circling around on their scooters and toys or playing in the sand box on the deck. Our family has a great time whenever we are here.
What makes this property unique
In the summer it is not unusual to see deer, moose, or elk as you are sitting in the hot tub on the lower patio. In the winter the hot tub is also a great after a long day of skiing.
