One lodge. Your whole crew. 8,000 feet above ordinary.
Planning a family reunion, retreat, or big group getaway near Park City? Silvercrest Lodge sleeps up to 34 in real beds — no air mattresses, no splitting your group across three rentals. You get a whole private mountainside: a 4,000 sq. ft. main lodge, a summer bunkhouse the kids will fight over, 220 feet of covered wraparound deck with dinner seating for 40, a private hot tub, a 12-foot movie theater, and a full sand volleyball court tucked in the aspens.
Our price includes ALL fees — what you see is what you pay.
THE MAIN LODGE — SLEEPS 22, YEAR-ROUND
• Main floor: soaring great room with river-rock fireplace and 70" TV, dining table for 12 (plus kitchen island seating), and a granite kitchen built for crowds — double oven, two fridges, three microwaves, and 36 place settings. The Bear Room (king) and a full bath complete the floor.
• Upper floor: open game loft with pool table and foosball overlooking the great room, the Elk Room (queen + 4 twin bunks), the Moose Room (queen + 2 twin bunks), and a full bath.
• Walk-out lower level: home theater with 12-foot projection screen, snack bar with fridge and microwave, and air hockey — plus the Deer Room (king), the Rainbow Trout Room (queen + 2 twin bunks), the Bighorn Room (queen), a queen futon in the theater, a full bath, and laundry.
THE BUNKHOUSE — SLEEPS 12 MORE, MAY–OCTOBER
Fifty feet from the lodge, the two-story bunkhouse is its own adventure: eight handmade log twin bunks on the main level, two queens in the A-frame loft, a half bath, and a TV/Xbox hangout. Need the extra beds for a late-fall gathering? Ask — we can often extend into November. (Included with the lodge; it can't be rented separately.)
OUTSIDE
Hot tub with a canyon view. Sand volleyball. Tetherball, horseshoes, cornhole ("Moose Toss"), and an electronic-scoring basketball arcade. A playground, playhouse, and sandbox for the little ones. Two 5-burner gas grills and picnic tables on the deck. Moose, deer, and elk wander through regularly — Bobcat Springs fishing hole is a 5-minute walk.
STAY CONNECTED
High-speed WiFi, two Apple TVs, a big-screen TV, and the theater projector — stream movie night or run a team offsite presentation.
THE LOCATION
At 8,000 feet in Tollgate Canyon, it feels completely secluded — yet you're 3.5 miles from I-80: about 20 minutes to Park City's Main Street, 25 minutes to the Park City Mountain and Deer Valley lifts, 30 minutes to Salt Lake City, and under an hour from SLC airport.
WINTER AT THE LODGE
Real mountain snow country. We plow the road and driveway, but 4WD/AWD with chains is required — part of the adventure, and why you'll have the mountain to yourselves. Sledding hill on the property, three ski resorts within 25 minutes, and the hot tub hits different at 10°F.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Bunkhouse open May 1 – Oct 1 (lodge sleeps 22 in winter)
• No pets, no smoking
• Quiet mountain HOA: no outdoor fires or fireworks
• Septic system (nothing but toilet paper)
• Minimum age to rent: 24
• With a full group, your stay works out to roughly $35–45 per person, per night — less than a roadside motel, for a private mountain lodge.
