Southwood Shores 91 - 2 Bedroom Waterfront Condo

NEW to vacation rentals 2024! This two bedroom two bathroom condo has so much to boast about. This is an entry level unit, level with parking (three steps to front door). You enter into the open and bright kitchen that leads into the living room big enough for an air mattress if you choose to bring one. The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar that seats 4 and the lakeview living room is comfy with a couch and reclining chair and walks out to the deck. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining master bathroom. It also has an amazing view of the lake that you will enjoy waking up to every morning. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. This unit has a stacked size washer and dryer to clean those swimsuits after a long day hanging out by the outdoor pool on the point that overlooks the lake or swimming of the swim platform in the lake. The back deck that overlooks the lake is so inviting to enjoy a cool beverage, that morning coffee, or just to sit and relax with a good book. This complex has an indoor pool and hot tub, playground area for the kid, and sits at the 12 mile marker of the lake in the Four Seasons area. It is close to restaurants, shopping and fun activities for all ages. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Great place and location.

We have stayed here twice now. It is very easy to communicate with them and check in and check out is very easy. Location and view is great. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Great get away

We love the amenities of the resort and closeness to the lake. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo itself was clean and fit our needs. We loved the bar but wish it also had a table for 4 inside (I.e. for playing cards). We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was very clean and nice. The only thing we had trouble with is the recliner on the couch seemed to be broken and the deck ceiling fan. Would definitely stay there again as those are very minor problems.

Peacefull

We use to come every year for the Memorial Day weekend and it’s always peaceful and quiet , this time unfortunately we had rainy and little bit chill weekend but we still enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in the morning in the afternoon it’s a little bit crowded, the condo was nice overalll we had everything what we need , just little bit old and would be great if they make some update . Would definitely come back again .

Unit is a bit dated, but good value for the price overall. Small issue at arrival, but was quickly resolved by property manager. Soulful highly recommend.

Dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly, maybe human error on my part but we had to wash the dishes by hand. Stovetop also old and probably needs to be updated. Overall clean and comfortable
