Beautiful stay with great view. Condo was very clean and well stocked. The pillows in the primary bedroom were kinda flat and uncomfy I normally bring my own but this time did not. Other than that everything was great 10/10 would stay here again!

Great condo stay

The unit was very clean upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The view from the balcony was perfect. The only problem was the ice maker didn’t work and maintenance couldn’t fix it so we had to buy our own ice.

Great spot

Great location and amenities!! Condo was clean and was as advertised. Only suggestion would be to provide a few more essentials items like beach towels and additional beach chairs (so expensive to rent them), additional trash bags, laundry detergent pods, toilet paper, and maybe some basic things for cooking like salt, pepper and cooking spray. We had an awesome time and would definitely return!!

The condo was amazing. My family and I had a great time. It’s conveniently located, we had a beautiful ocean view and my 3 year old LOVED the pool! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great condo with amazing view

Overall great condo. Very clean and the view off the balcony was amazing. The complex was clean. Wish the pool was heated but no worries there. Location was perfect as you could walk to many things. The elevator situation that everyone complains about wasn’t an issue. The longest wait we had was maybe 4-5 min. Only complaint I have was that the pillows were not comfortable at all. I would suggest either owner upgrade or to bring your own.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our unit was nice, clean and well maintained. However, the property as a whole was outdated and extremely targeted for noisy and older residents. Most nights the pool had people and music well past 10 pm. The elevators were also a challenge- would recommend building 10-15 minutes extra time into your plans for any possible elevator ride. The beach posted signs that tents were not supposed to be used in front of a specific area however those rules didn’t seem to be enforced; this created heavy tent traffic and very little wind/breeze.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 nights and after the first night I did not sleep at all. On the second day we came back from the pool and a man was in our condo. He did not have any type of ID or uniform to confirm who he was but said he was there to fix our washer. My husband’s wallet, my purse, and many other valuables were all in the condo. This man had the passcode to our condo and let hisself in and no one warned us he would be coming. Our daughter was terrified and slept with us the rest of the trip. The man ruined my son’s clothes while working on the washer. He left a mess in the sink of what he cleaned out of the washer and he smelt terrible. We had to spray the room and closed the bathroom door after he left. We have called Blue swell twice and was told they will get back with us but we have not heard back from them either time. We did not feel safe for the rest of our trip and I was exhausted after our 5 night stay. We found a toenail clipping in the sheets of the master bed and the floors were very dirty when we arrived.
