The house was just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Comfortable, spacious, clean with many amenities provided by the host. Great communication with the host too, and our stay was wonderful. We hated to leave! Will definitely be booking this again on our next trip to Georgia!

My group of ladies that I met up with have been enjoying hiking weekends near state parks for more than 15 years. This was definitely one of our favorite places to stay. We enjoyed coffee by the lake, and evenings around the large table recounting our experiences of the day. We particularly appreciated the big open space of the dining, living, and kitchen area. The cleanliness of the place is always a bonus when traveling. Thank you.

Lakeside Villa 25-26 Sep 2026We had a wonderful and memorable stay! The property was beautiful, spacious, and provided more than enough room for my family to be comfortable. The owner was also very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which I truly appreciated.Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and made some great memories together. The only downside was that a few of us had to spend some time cleaning and preparing the property before the rest of our family arrived. Aside from that, everything was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice home, large property, lots of parking, beautiful view of lake. Home needs some TLC. Home could have been cleaner. Also missing things around house that we needed like garbage bags. Outdoor furniture broken and deck had broken boards.

This was the perfect property for our family gathering! The location is excellent—very close to Fort Gordon, 15 minutes- but the thoughtful extras really set this stay apart.We were pleasantly surprised to find the host provided charcoal for the grill, fresh coffee, and cold drinks waiting for us. The bathrooms even featured bidets (which led to a pretty funny moment having to explain how they work to the kids!). It was also a huge plus that the home is pet-friendly, so our whole family could be together.While the canoe and fishing equipment weren't available during our stay, we still spent time on the deck overlooking the water and tossing the football in the yard. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into the guest experience. Highly recommend!

Nice home in a very relaxing and quiet area. This home has a great layout and plenty of space. Communication was great and thorough. It wasnt as clean as ive styed in the past but was not as bad as ive seen either. Still a five star review based on size, layout, communication, and location if your looking to be away from everything.

Such a quiet little area with a huge house and lots of fun things. Fishing poles, life jackets, games, tvs, and a huge deck to watch over everything. Dogs allowed and they had a blast running the yard and splashing on the lake. Communication with the host is good, check in was a breeze, and check out was just as easy!Thanks for a fun time.
