Relax and enjoy this stylish two bedroom apartment within a beautiful Victorian captain's house with breath-taking sea and harbour views and a pretty outside patio. It is centrally located just a short walk to the bustling harbour of St Ives and the surrounding beaches. This wonderfully renovated modern apartment has been finished to an extremely high standard and is suitable for families and couples alike and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your break away in comfort.
The space
There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with stunning views from the bay window. The king size bedroom is located to the rear. The twin bedroom is next to the lounge with sea views and the bathroom if accessed from the kitchen.
There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the smaller bedroom has a cd player in the tv with a selection of children’s CDs
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The property benefits from very efficient gas central heating.
Other things to note
The parking space is to the rear of the property accessed by walking around the terrace, approximately 1.5 minutes. There is building work planned on the parking space area in the beginning of 2024 so if it is unavailable. We have another private parking space on Park Avenue, around the corner approximately 3 mins walk. Guests usually pull up at the front of the property to unload before parking. Clear directions and maps will be provided nearer the time of the booking
