Owner cancelled my booking last minute

Owner cancelled my booking last minute due to he confirmed another booking and promised to give me full refund. However he short changed my refund and never reply me back after that. I feel cheated!

I think you should change the picture of your bungalow (Lot 928) to the existing one so its will attract more customer. Thank you Mr Koo for your kind coordination. Our 2016 gathering will be Langkawi (Pantai Chenang)...

Camping with a roof! Maybe 1 star from our group Positives: air con good, pool clean and kids enjoyed. Quiet area when we stayed. Bbq good, fridge cold and efficient. Mr Koo always helpful with questions prior to arrival. House manager very helpful and nice person. Negatives: house condition poor, lounges torn, walls need painting, bathrooms basic, kitchen basic, curtains old and rotting, woken by a rat biting my finger on last morning. Unfortunately no repeat visit from us. We made it work for our group. You MUST have a car very far away from anything. Bring linen no real comforters. I'm sorry to the owners but unfortunately this property needs some TLC.
