Enjoy a beautiful brick backsplash in the kitchen with live edge wood countertops. King bed with pull-out Queen sleeper comfortably suits 4 guests. Private enclosed backyard. Five minute drive to Downtown gets you to popular bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Less than 10 minutes to the airport. Pet friendly so bring your dog! This home has been renovated with exposed beams, murals inside and out, and modern appliances. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen/bathroom and comfortable living spaces. There is a desk/office chair in the home as well incase you need to get some work done.

Incredible Value & Attention to Detail, Centrally Located

Matthew was a great host. He has done such an amazing job renovating the shed into a cool, vibey studio apartment. He also takes great care in thinking of all the small details that a guest could need for their stay. The location is also perfect for getting around Phoenix. It is so nice to drive right up to your unit and park outside the door. We hope to frequently stay at the casita when we come back to Phoenix.
