With 03 parking spaces, two internal and one external. Condominium has pool and children's pool. Quiet, wooded location, 350 meters from the beach. Located in Camburyzinho, one of the most charming and quiet of the north coast of São Paulo. Great for surfing, walking and contact with nature.
