About this property

Cozy Camper in Sunny Sequim

About this space
Enjoy lavender farms, beaches, and the Olympic National Park, all within minutes of our cozy camper. Located between downtown Sequim and Port Angeles, it’s the perfect location for all your adventures.

Our camper is equipped with a kitchen, WIFI, bathroom, two queen beds and a child's twin bunk, AC, and washer/dryer. We are leash pet friendly.

If you have never stayed in a camper/RV, please read 'The Space' section in order to get the most out of your stay.

The space
You will have the entire RV to yourself along with an outdoor patio equipped with a small fridge, griddle, two Adirondack chairs and two folding camping chairs. A wood burning solo stove firepit is provided for outdoor outside of burn ban months (burn ban is typically July 1-October 1). The patio is within our half acre field which is shared by our family and guests. Feel free to wander with your pup, throw a football or sample the fresh blackberries (during summer months). Since we are in the middle of a farming community, you will hear our neighbors’ chickens, goats and a rooster occasionally.

The master bedroom is cozy and includes a memory foam mattress. There is ample closet space for hanging clothes and keeping folded clothes below. The washer and dryer are located within the master bedroom with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The bathroom has everything you would expect to see in a home. However, hot water tanks in RV’s are small. To make your hot shower last longer, turn off the water unless you are rinsing. Another thing to be aware of is that water pressure in a RV is lower than in a house or hotel.

The bunk room has a fold out queen memory foam mattress (yes, a real mattress, not an air mattress) with a twin child's bunk above. Note, the bunk is for children only, with a weight capacity of 115lbs.

Within the combo living and kitchen area, you will find a tv above the fireplace, which heats the main living area. The two portable heaters that are supplied add additional heat to the bedrooms, if needed. AC units provide continuous comfort within the space on warm days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for making delicious meals. The refrigerator is RV sized but we have found with a little organization, it will work well to meet your needs.

Even though campers have the same amenities as a house, the way they operate can be different, such as how to start a RV oven. You will find detailed instructions provided in the House Manual. It is recommended guests review the House Manual upon arrival.

Guest access
The entire RV is yours. You have a patio outside the RV and access to the field the RV sits on that is shared with our family.

After booking, you will receive the preregistration form where everyone staying in the camper will need to provide full name, phone number and email addresses. After preregistration is filled out, you will be sent pro tips and places to visit in the area.

About the host

Hello Friends!

We are Lindsey and Phil and we are happy to host you in our tiny home on wheels.

Three years ago, we decided to sell everything in our home in SW Washington, pack up our two cars, two kids and two cats, quit our jobs and seek temporary contract work so we could travel. We started RV living full time after realizing that short term housing was difficult to find. RV life took our travel experience and made it incredible. Over the past two and a half years, we explored from the west coast to Texas. We fell in love with the Olympic Peninsula and Sequim, and we get to call this beautiful part of Washington our home now.

RV living is an experience we still (including our kids) absolutely love! And we are passionate about sharing our experiences, how to live in a RV, how to travel with kiddos, and everything RV related with those that wants to learn. We are excited to share our home on wheels with guests so they may also experience a little bit about what RV living is like, plus explore the Olympic Peninsula.

Why they chose this property

We love our little slice of Sequim! We are located in the middle of the farming section of Sequim. Just down the road from us is the Discovery Trail, a paved trail designed for biking, walking, and horse riding. It connects Port Townsend to the coast and weaves thru some amazing places in Sequim, Port Angeles and Lake Crescent, including several railroad bridges and a railroad tunnel!

If you continue up our road, you will be taken to the Dunguness National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge takes you through a beautiful tree-lined trail and leads to the Dunguness Spit, the largest natural sand bar in North America. Views of the Straight of Juan de Fuca, Victoria, Canada, the Dunguness Light House, Mount Baker and the Olympic Mountains are breathtaking from the spit.

We are minutes from many lavender farms, the Game Park, Port Williams, 7 Cedars Golf course, Robin Hill Park, and downtown Sequim.

Our neighborhood is also in the perfect location for traveling around the peninsula. We are situated between Sequim and Port Angeles, and only a few minutes from Hwy 101, the highway that you use to travel to all the amazing places on the Olympic Peninsula.

What makes this property unique

Our space is unique since our camper is equipped with two bedrooms and a bathroom plus an open patio, making a solo trip or with friends a perfect fit. The little field that surrounds the patio creates a great place to stargaze at night next to the firepit. Coming back from a day of exploring and hiking with friends, you will find a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, share stories and reflect on your adventure.
