Lobby has Cafes, Restaurants, Beauty Parlor, Dry cleaners, Theater Bar with great shows, Massage rooms and a Grocery store. Walking distance(1min) to brickell city center, restaurants, park and Marina.
* The unit has a fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook. In addition to appliances such as a toaster, blender and Nespresso machine “on demain prior to check in”

* There is a washer and dryer in each floor.
