It was a good place to stay for a inexpensive way to go into NYC for 2 days. There were plenty of options for ways to travel near by. It had a good convenient store. The people in the neighborhood were friendly.
It was decently spacious and private. I appreciated the amenities available such as the washer/dryer, kitchen, and the viewing options on the TVs.The space was clean, had awesome temperature control, and we loved that we were able to cook a few times during our stay. My nephew loved sleeping in the big comfy bed.The biggest bummer was street parking as it is a very busy residential area. Additionally, I would not reccomend it for folks who are not familiar with inner city life/noise. While the apartment itself was quiet and comfortable, sidewalk and street was littered with broken glass and trash. There's also what seems to be a night life spot at the end of the block that can be a bit raucous.
