Hollywood Holiday Trip

Very nice condo. The place was accommodating for the eight of us. We appreciated the amount of space and furniture in the common space so we could all spend time together. With the table and seating areas, we were able to utilize the outdoor balcony frequently.

The view is stunning in 3201…size of apartment is perfect!!! It only sleeps 6 adults, no pull out couch, blow up mattress for young children…advertised for 8 people but cannot accommodate….My only caveat is it lacks a few of the essential's, no toilet paper in 2 bathrooms, and upon arrival the apartment is dirty, not cleaned well …Lack of communication with management, BUT we still had a great time!!!

Unit 3201 was sold November 2026. New owners changed a few pieces of furniture inside of the property and one of the changes was a new couch, replacing the sofa bed we had originally. They also changed management but signed the reservations made prior to the sell , would be honored. At the end, reservation was confirmed and not cancelled and I’m glad you and your family had a great time. Thank you for report and for staying with us.

The apartment is nice. The view stunning. But the rental service was poor. No information previous to the arrive or at the apartment. Not polite treatment. And the building services are terrible. Only one elevator for the front apartments in a 41 story building, so long lines and long wait to take the elevator. At the pool and beach only 4 towels per apartment, no regard the number of guests. And the valet parking for 35 a day more than 20 min waiting for retrieving your car and long lines and 20 min waiting to park. Too expensive for the bad service you receive. Don’t recommend.
