The furnished balcony overlooking the main pool showcases breathtaking views of the Gulf. As the day winds down, retreat to one of the comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom features an adjustable mattress, ensuring your comfort and plenty of rest.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Due to HOA regulations, all guests (even infants) count towards occupancy regardless of age.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
