Beautifully remodeled in 2024, this spacious 1,000 sq ft ski-in/ski-out duplex condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, and private balcony. The king primary suite is on the main level, while the upstairs queen bedroom offers added privacy. Accommodating up to 6 guests, you'll also enjoy access to the heated pool, hot tubs, ski valet, on-site dining, and all the amenities of one of Telluride's premier slopeside resorts.
The Space:
This spacious two-level condo is designed for comfort and privacy. The main level features a king bedroom, full bathroom, open kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace. Upstairs, a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom overlooks the living area through loft-style openings. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceiling fans on both levels, and hair dryers in both bathrooms. Pets are welcome with a $175 pet fee.
Guest Access:
Entire two-level private unit, keys from hotel front desk. Full Mountain Lodge amenities: heated pool, two hot tubs, ski valet, ski-in/ski-out, fitness centre, The View Restaurant, free village shuttle. Valet parking $35/night; public lot $18.80/day.
The Neighborhood:
Mountain Village sits at 9,545 feet at the centre of the ski resort - ski-in/ski-out, with the free gondola connecting to downtown Telluride in 13 minutes. The village has a grocery store, restaurants, and a free shuttle loop. Quieter and more resort-focused than historic downtown; in summer the gondola and trails stay open.
Getting Around:
457 Mountain Village Blvd. Free gondola, free village shuttle, Mountain Village dining and ski lifts all within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
· No air conditioning - ceiling fans on both levels.
· Check-in codes sent around noon on arrival day.
· Dogs welcome. $175 pet fee. Advance payment. No pets on furniture or beds.
