Cozy 2 bedroom cabin at Lake George water's edge with deck & beautiful sunsets.
Lake George is called the Queen of America's lakes for good reason. And, our cozy cabin nestled on a quiet bay is the retreat you're looking for. The house has fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and Prisoner's Island (the shallow, warm water around the island is a favorite spot to spend the day on the boat). You will love the calm, clear water at our house! And, with Snug Harbor Marina and the boat launch less than 2 miles away, getting your boat in the water (or renting a boat for the day) will be a breeze. Our large deck (with a grill) is perched lakeside offering a restful spot to take in the beauty of the lake - just grab your favorite beverage and relax!
Our lake house was renovated in 2023 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen with new appliances. The Ticonderoga sandy town beach is within walking distance or a 2 minute drive (the beach has restrooms, lifeguards, and a play area for kids). The house is also a 10 minute drive into Ticonderoga so it's easy to pickup groceries, grab a bit to eat, or sightsee. Our family loves spending time up here - it's so peaceful and a little slice of heaven. We know you and your family will love it and look forward to returning each summer!

About the host
Hosted by John Stone
My family has owned this house for many years. We have spent so many wonderful weeks here and created so many special memories - more than we can count. We're happy to be able to share our family vacation house with others who enjoy the serenity of Northern Lake George.
Why they chose this property
Tucked into a secluded bay, our Lake George retreat is so quiet and serene. The northern end of the lake is pristine. This is where people come to relax. But, the house is close to Snug Harbor Marina and the town of Ticonderoga, so there's plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes. Plus, Fort Ticonderoga is nearby as are fabulous hiking trails.
What makes this property unique
Being on a quiet bay means you can go out on the lake and water ski or tube but then come back to the house for a quiet cocktail, grilling lakeside and the sunset. There's nothing better.
