It has a garage for 4 cars, Barbecue, Private Pool, Room 02 environments, Laundry with washing machine and dryer, Air Conditioning in Living Room, Mezzanine and 4 Suites.
The suites have all new standard box beds and cabinets.
The condominium offers beach service with tent and the supply of 10 beach chairs and a mezinha. We still have in the condominium the gym, tennis court, games room, dry and wet sauna,

Toque Toque Pequeno is an old fishing village, quiet, and with several condominiums. On the beach there is a chapel, grocery store, Barracuda restaurant and Pimenta de Cheiro restaurant. For all these predicates, this beach is a paradise for all tastes. The condo brings privacy and security. It is 6km from Maresias, the best ballad of the North Coast (Sirena), restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops and several shops for shopping.
