Not as described

Host and location were great. No where does it say this is a timeshare resort. Room was not ready 2 hours after checkin time then had to listen to time-share speech and turn down a 90 minute tour. Amenities say air conditioning and beach furniture. There is no A/C in any room but was given a box fan. No beach chairs, umbrellas, toys.
