Welcome to Fenton Flats, where comfort and convenience blend seamlessly to create a memorable stay for you and your loved ones in our five unit apartment complex. This unit has been thoughtfully designed and features two cozy bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. This unit is located in the basement with a private outside entrance, offering a cozy and private retreat.
Situated in a family-friendly area, our vacation rental offers a safe and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. Nearby, you'll find a variety of excellent restaurants, catering to diverse tastes and culinary preferences as well as multiple grocery stores and shopping areas.

The entire apartment will be yours during your stay! Guests share access to the gym, hot tub, and laundry facility.

Please review all rules regarding pets before booking! Additionally, if you are bringing a pet, you will need to add the pet where you enter the number of guests for your reservation so the $50 pet fee is added. Pet fee will be shown in the host fees section. Failure to add your pet prior to booking will result in an additional charge being sent to you after booking.
A security camera is located indoors on each floor of the building. They are located only in common areas including the gym/laundry room. Exterior security cameras are located on each corner of the building. Cameras facing back of property include capturing outdoor hot tub area and yard.
An additional cleaning fee of $125.00 will be charged to the guest for any reservation totaling 85 nights or more, including extensions to stays. Guests agree to a mandatory professional cleaning of the unit after the first 60 consecutive nights of occupancy, and every 60 nights thereafter for the duration of the stay. Fee will be sent after booking and cleaning will be scheduled during stay.

Place is clean and pleasantly decorated. Parking is convenient and well maintained throughout our stay, keeping sidewalks and parking areas free of snow and ice. Laundry facilities very adequate. The only downside is this is a basement unit and there is constant noise from upper units. We had to run bathroom exhaust fan and a fan by beds to sleep, so if noise, especially nighttime noise is an issue, this would not be for you. We were not around much during the day but evenings and night was a real nuisance.

Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do.

This property is very well maintained and cozy. The management was very responsive with communication if needed, and provided a wonderful space with a lot of wonderful amenities. There was access to a great laundry area outside of our unit, as well as ample parking with a garage. The unit is comfortable and had plenty of linens, towels, appliances, kitchen ware, etc. There is also a private entrance going directly outside. The one tiny issue was nothing to do with the space itself, but that it is in the basement and we had people above us that walked around all hours of the night. Had they not been doing that, the stay would’ve been perfect.
