Located on a quiet livestock farm on the foothills of the majestic Arenal Volcano and just 3 km from the center of La Fortuna, Villa Laurel will allow you to enjoy the peace and serenity you deserve, in addition to being the perfect getaway to connect with nature.

The house has views of the Volcano, the plain and a scenic lake.

Here you will find privacy and peace, and at just 1.5 km, you will find a supermarket and restaurants, tourist attractions (adventure, hot springs) among others.

The house has three bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, A/C (only in the bedrooms), closet and a terrace with incredible views. The pool is heated water and there is a bathroom in the pool area. Moreover, the house has a living room, dining room and kitchen in an integrated space, as well as a laundry room.

Exceeded Expectations

Loved staying at Villa Laurel for our family of 5! We had intended to go out for more dinners, but found ourselves really enjoying cooking at home, hanging by the pool, playing games and taking in the whole vibe of the beautiful home and scenery. Everything was wonderfully clean and well-appointed, had everything we needed. If you are thinking about booking Villa Laurel, do it!! You will be grateful!

Perfect Location and Quality Combination

Property is really great! Quality furnishings I'm the house. Pool is perfectly maintained. Morning walks along the lake near the house is an quick excursion in itself. Walk to restaurants, 15-20 min drive away from countless different activities. So good!!!

One of the best!

Villa Laurel is BEYOND AMAZING!!! The pictures are spot on and even better in person. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever seen (and I’ve rented a lot). It is located central to EVERYTHING you would want to experience in La Fortuna. It is just off the main road so you have your privacy and quiet but can get to restaurants and activities very quick. Karina was fantastic with communication, we always heard back in less than 5 minutes.The pool is spectacular and cleaned every morning. The house is stocked with everything and anything you could need. This is the house you want. Look no further!!!

We had an amazing time at this Villa. It has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms, kitchen well equipped. The pool was an added bonus with the Arenal Volcano in the background. We were lucky enough to see the peak of the mountain when the clouds moved away. We saw a toucan in the backyard on one of the trees. Highly recommend if you are visiting La Fortuna.
