However, we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, including the dead batteries in the remotes, the parking situation, and the issue with the hot water in Suite B. Please know that we take these matters seriously and have already taken steps to address them. All batteries in the remotes have been replaced, and our tankless water heaters have been thoroughly checked to ensure they are functioning properly. Regarding the parking situation, we would appreciate any additional details you could provide about the designated covered parking so we can further investigate and improve our services.
