Lake Champlain Estate. 24 Acres and 1500’ of waterfront. Estate is Lapstone Point on Lake Champlain. Sweeping 180 degree views of the lake. Gourmet kitchen and fireplace. six bedrooms (2 of which are loft bedrooms). Sleeps 10 and 4 bathrooms. Inground swimming pool (not heated open June 15th thru Sept 1) which you can swim laps in, plus water slide. Bring your boat, ATV’s and other toys. Massive deck for entertaining. This property is on a serene part of Lake Champlain.
This property is 5 minutes drive to Crown point historic site, beautiful area to walk ,bike and visit.
Basment has a small exercise room, you are on your own safety.
