The apartment was nice and clean and slightly bigger than a hotel suite. It was sufficient for all our needs. There is a small fridge and microwave. The only challenge was street parking, but we were able to park in front of the house each night. We just had to be careful of other vehicles. The review asks about a pool, but I never saw one.

The guest house was very clean and quiet. It was not a two bedroom as advertised. It is a small one bedroom with a pull-out sofa. It would be difficult to sleep five people unless three people slept in the king bed. It was crowded with three of us staying there. Finally, the unit has no thermostat so you can't control the temperature of the unit. Thankfully, there were two fans to help keep it comfortable.

Hi! The VRBO description never says it sleeps five but four and that its a one bedroom with one living room area. Secondly, the price per night is so low, but yet people complain.

Nice Place but...

The stairs are VERY steep and the last steps are uneven. If you have a lot of luggage it is a long trek up the flight of stairs.
