Great Stay!

Apartment was exactly how the pictures looked. Very close to all major attractions & close to center city! The property manager was great with communication!

The property is in horrible condition. It smells like somebody died inside, and the floor was so dirty that you can’t remove your shoes. We couldn’t stay there because of the horrible condition. Verbo company asked us not to cancel and they ensured that refund will be provided. After a month of back and forth calls they did not provide the money. The owner also assured us of returning the money, but didn’t do so. The owner and the verbo company are nothing but bunch of thieves. Do not book any room with them. They don’t have any policy which will help you in need.

The worst

This looks like a crack house. The electrics are WAYbelow code, filthy, the walls are a patchwork of plaster and drywall, the outlets don’t work, there was leftover food that was frozen because the fridge only freezes, the linoleum is at least 30 years old and so cracked you can cut your foot if you’re barefoot and the heat smells when you turn it on.

Property not up to code, no lock for the door. Dirty and half eaten food left out on the table. No pillows in the bed. Walked in and immediately turned around to leave
